That’s where my passion lies: helping refrigeration technicians develop and master their cool skills, so they not only succeed in their careers but uplift others along the way. Whether it’s understanding the complexity of CO₂ transcritical systems, reading pressure-enthalpy charts, or troubleshooting a stubborn TEV, the goal is always the same build confidence, sharpen ability, and make a real impact.
Every interaction I have with a technician whether in the field, online, or in a classroom is a chance to bring value. I believe in creating a space where techs feel empowered to ask questions, challenge themselves, and grow. Because when one technician levels up, it lifts the standard for everyone around them.
The mission is simple: build a culture of learning, mentorship, and respect. Through hands-on training, honest conversations, and technical education rooted in real-world experience, we help technicians turn challenges into opportunities.
