Tony Brockhouse has been a dedicated member of the Henry team since September 27, 1999. His career began on the Paint Line before transitioning to the Small Pressure Vessels Testing on second shift. Over time, Tony advanced to first shift, working in the ASME Pressure Vessel Department where he prepared vessels for testing and later became involved in ASME pressure testing.
Earning certification as an ASME welder, Tony spent the next phase of his career welding pressure vessels of all sizes. Within a year, his leadership skills and technical expertise led to his promotion as Lead of the ASME Department—a role he held for approximately 15 years.
Tony then progressed to Production Manager, overseeing the ASME, Valve, and Sight Glass departments. Today, as Manufacturing Manager, he leads a broad range of operations including ASME, Valves, Sight Glass, the Machine Shop, Machine Center, and Maintenance Department.
As he approaches his 26th anniversary with Henry, Tony takes pride in the challenges he’s faced and the collaborative team efforts that have contributed to the company’s continued success.
