Over the years, she has taken on critical roles, acting as both New Product Development (NPD) Manager and Project Manager for ERP upgrades, driving complex projects forward with precision and vision.
Today, Sophie leads as Head of Hussmann Suzhou Technology Center, guiding teams in developing next-generation refrigeration technologies.
