Jim Barron has worked in the refrigeration industry for many years, and he has been the Executive Director at RETA since 2013. RETA has significantly contributed to the refrigeration industry, particularly in education, training, and ANSI-accredited certification. RETA recently merged with RSES, and together we aim to strengthen our collective impact within the HVACR industry.
