As the Product Manager for air-conditioning & Ancillaries for Beijer Ref in the UK I enjoy seeing a design evolve from a plan on paper through to installation. My Cool Skill is to generate the initial selection and quotation, which hopefully leads to receiving the order, and then managing the stock to be delivered to the satisfaction of the customers. To seeing the outcome from the initial enquiry to final installation gives great satisfaction.
