As an R&D engineer and project leader in the refrigeration industry, I contribute to environmental sustainability by leading the development of energy-efficient, durable, and resource-conscious products. I plan and coordinate the entire product development process, ensuring that sustainability is embedded from the earliest stages.
Working closely with designers, I focus on technical performance, quality, and cost—factors that drive energy efficiency, product longevity, and accessibility of eco-friendly solutions. My collaboration with manufacturing teams ensures that designs align with production capabilities, reduce material waste, and improve assembly efficiency, contributing to leaner and greener manufacturing processes.
I also coordinate with the Finite Element Analysis team to validate product designs through simulations, which optimize material use and extend product life, reducing waste and the need for rework. Additionally, I support design automation, selection software, and ERP integration, which improve design accuracy and ensure customers choose the most efficient solutions for their needs.
Through every phase—from concept to delivery—I help deliver refrigeration systems that are smarter, more efficient, and environmentally responsible. My work supports the industry's transition toward lower carbon emissions, reduced resource consumption, and more sustainable product lifecycles.
