Joining Henry group in 1987, Caroline Flood is one of the longest serving Employees of Henry UK, with 38 years of dedicated service and production experience within the company. Originally starting within our pressure vessel production cell, Caroline later worked in our ball valve and general valve assembly line, but for most of the last 15 years has worked in our pressure relief valve cell, assembling and hand setting pressure relief valves. While Henry have invested heavily in automation over the years, we still hand set and check the set pressure of all Pressure Relief Valves, twice, to ensure accuracy and safety. Caroline is an integral part of that process and having set many thousands of PRV her skill, expertise, care and diligence can be found protecting refrigeration systems from Iceland to Australia and the USA to Japan. We value her knowledge and dedication and are proud to have Caroline as a colleague here in Glasgow.
