As manager of the Beijer Ref Academies, I spend my time developing the academy, mentoring the trainers and assessors as well as looking at warranty trends for refrigeration and air conditioning products that we sell.
As an engineer I am intrigued by and enjoy keeping up to date with the latest RACHP technologies and then passing this information on to everyone who attends our product and formal awarding bodies training.
It gives me great satisfaction in knowing that I have contributed to expanding engineers’ knowledge enabling them to develop and become more effective in this constantly evolving and great industry.
