Mayur Nadgouda serves as the Senior Manager of Design Engineering at Copeland in India. A Mechanical Engineering graduate from VJTI, Mumbai, he has a deep passion for advancing technology. Joining Copeland India in 2004 as a design engineer, Mayur has devoted 21 years to the company, focusing on reciprocating, semi-hermetic, and scroll technologies. Currently, he leads the compressor design team and serves as the Product Safety Officer.
Mayur’s expertise lies in compressor acoustics and analysis, a specialized skill that enhances product performance and user experience. He has shared his knowledge on sound-related innovations through technical papers presented at the IIAV Conference in Cairns, Australia, and multiple publications at Purdue Conferences.
On World Refrigeration Day 2025, Mayur celebrates the theme "Cool Skills" by continuing to drive innovation and contribute to Copeland's commitment to a sustainable future.
