Lukas Pöppel is a second-year Technical Product Designer apprentice at BITZER in Rottenburg am Neckar, Germany. His apprenticeship allows him to explore different departments and manage small-scale projects independently from the beginning, supporting a smooth transition into the company’s daily operations. Lukas, too, is an engaged volunteer with the youth and apprentice representatives at BITZER.
With a background in carpentry, Lukas has a strong foundation in technical drawings and spatial thinking, which serves him well in his current role. He thrives on analysing technical systems and designing practical solutions. His leadership experience as a former board member of a youth centre now fuels his ability to motivate and support fellow apprentices.
