Women in Coolings: Include me in the International network for Women in Cooling
I have only just begun my journey in engineering and I am excited about where it will lead me.
Since an early age I have been eager to use the creative side of my mind and have always held tools. My earliest memory is helping my grandad fix his motorbike. He was a former Royal Engineer, I would like to think he would be proud that I am following his foot steps into the engineering industry.
I love what I do, ever since going out on my first service call, fault finding and resolving issues. I have a saying “that if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life”. And this for sure I am doing.
I work both in our offices and onsite. I tend to continue my learning out of hours in the workshop where we build custom refrigeration units and complete various training exercises.
