An online platform is being launched by leading associations in the cooling sector in cooperation with World Refrigeration Day and the United Nations Environment Programme OzonAction. They will discuss it during a side session during the Chillventa trade fair in Nuremberg.

Representatives will discuss results of a survey conducted among practitioners and key executives that explored work force challenges confronting the cooling industry and how attracting more women can address the qualified worker shortage. INWIC will offer the first of its kind global platform enabling women to actively engage with their peers worldwide, have access to role models, be mentored by experts in the field, and be part of a dedicated effort in support to their career.

The INWICC session will take place Chillventa Thursday, October 13, 2022 (10:00 AM to 11:00 AM). It is free to registered Chillventa visitors
