I am a Native Spanish and proficient in English (bilingual) with over 24 years experience working in the UK in different industries from Education, IT Software, construction and HVAC.
My cool skills would be to have deep technical knowledge in cooling and heating systems with over 5 years experience in the HAVC Industry. Also within Daikin UK I provide high quality customer service and design solutions resolving technical queries as well as technical guidance to customers and colleagues. I also Manage allocated existing accounts through the proactive ownership of a quiet resolution, following up and communicating to the customer on all issues, in a timely manner and successful resolution. I posses a strong work ethic and I deeply care about our customers.
I am an associate member of the IOR and an active and passionate STEM ambassador working along with primary schools teachers inspiring young people’s curiosity and engagement in the world of STEM via workshop sessions. Thank you!
