My Name is Hanna Brandstetter.

I wrote my master’s thesis with BITZER in 2018. Since then, I have worked as a quality and calibration engineer. Currently, I am heading up testing in Rottenburg-Ergenzingen, Germany – a position I have held since March 2025.

My cool skill is craftsmanship, which is particularly valuable in testing. Our department is involved with most technologies and products BITZER offers. We are the first to put new products or technologies into use, ensuring they meet our high quality expectations under all circumstances. These expectations are set by regulations, our customers, the refrigerants used, and of course, the standards we set for ourselves at BITZER.

I enjoy my cool skill and my job because they are hands-on. I get to work closely with different technologies and refrigerants. This variety makes my job engaging and offers a wide range of opportunities to innovate and ensure the highest quality for our products.

At BITZER, we aim for the best product. Therefore, it is very important that my colleagues and I put our skills to use and test our products thoroughly. We know that, in the end, we are not just part of the innovation process at BITZER. We are part of everyone’s daily life when the product is put to use by our customers.
