Stephanie Postell is Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer of Anchor Heating and Air LLC as well as the Contractor Success Coach at Contractor Commerce, an ecommerce solution for the trades. With over 20 years of business experience including 10 of those in the HVAC industry, Stephanie has extensive training in operations, customer service, marketing, organizational leadership and lean systems management. Leveraging her love for marketing and brand building, Stephanie has focused on creating an employee and customer experience that solidifies company culture and leads to loyalty, retention and company success. She is a lifelong resident of Charleston, SC where she lives with her husband, David and their dog, Gracie.
