Women in Coolings: Include me in the International network for Women in Cooling

I am very fortunate to have fallen into this incredible industry after completing my honors degree and looking for a role that would involve engineering and sales!
I was first introduced to the industry in 2016 and have loved every second, I started as a Trainee Sales Engineer at HRP Glasgow and within a year was promoted to National Sales Manager designate of Beijer’s OEM division which allowed me to finish my technical training before taking on the full title 9 months later.

After a whirlwind few years looking after large and small OEM accounts a role at Danfoss became available and I jumped at the chance to work for such an innovative forward thinking company as a Key Account Manager looking after the North of England, Scotland and Ireland.

I have been very fortunate in my time within the industry to be a finalist of the ACR Trainee of the year in 2017 to then go on and judge the competition in 2019. I am heavily involved in the IOR Scotland Committee along with helping the WiRACHP committee plan events above the border. I have a real passion towards this industry and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!
