My work ethic and experience over many years in office management, educational and retail organisations, across large and small businesses, helped me develop my knowledge. I have had a number of roles wearing many hats from basic book keeping through to financial management and from workforce planning and strategy development to planning timetables across 1,000s of students.
I have a passion for learning and development and enjoy mentoring colleagues to fulfil their own personal and professional objectives.
I enjoy sharing knowledge and experience within local, regional and national networks to assist wherever possible and help with my own learning, growth and business development too.
