I am a great believer in social giving. My involvement within the community over the past 23 years
has been rewarding and I would like to continue this further. I first came to New Zealand in 1998 and
worked in the Waikato as a Refrigeration Engineer, starting my first business JSR Refrigeration and
Air Conditioning from my garage in 2000. I have now grown my venture into an established
successful business. I am also the CEO and managing director of three other companies in the
Waikato region – Zephyr Pure Air Ventilation, JSR Management and Hillcrest Spinal Centre. My hard
work, determination and passion to succeed has turned my four businesses within the domestic,
commercial and rural sectors, into established enterprises. I consider social giving to be a basic
service standard in my work ethics. It is for this reason that I have involved myself in many
governance roles over the years.

Independent qualified person (IQP) registered.
