Howard Weiss has been serving the refrigeration industry for nearly thirty-years. During this time, he has served in many roles, and on numerous industry committees. He currently focusses his efforts on improving education in the HVACR field. This includes but is not limited to assisting instructors in aligning their programs to national standards through programmatic accreditation, validating their knowledge necessary to teach through educator credentialing, and helping them improve their knowledge through a National HVACR Education Conference. Serving as EVP of the ESCO Group of companies, he strives to give back to the industry that has treated him so well.
