Erica Leonor is a passionate leader in the Home Services Industry. She is a national speaker, trainer, and success coach for the trades and helps different organizations, business owners, and companies thrive through her classes and workshops. She loves to help motivate and inspire teams to up-level their lives, relationships, and businesses. She serves on the Board of Directors for Women in HVACR and enjoys creating opportunities for women to receive mentoring, networking, and relevant educational experiences. Erica has a Bachelor’s Degree in Anthropology and enjoys traveling the world. She is married, has a new baby daughter, speaks Spanish, and loves The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, and Star Wars.
