She was working at a well known Recruitment company for 11 years, spent 2 years in the EPCM recruitment field at an International company and in the Executive search field. She is the owner of E&D Recruiters . The company specializes in the Engineering and associated Technical field. The pass 11 years Elize is not only running the Recruitment Business but playing an active role in searching selecting and placing candidates in the Refrigeration, Cooling and Air Conditioning field. Clientele includes Consulting Engineers, the Construction and Project Management Industry as well as refrigeration Manufacturing and distribution field. With her team they managed to serve these clients with suitable qualified Tradesmen, design draftsman , Design Engineer, Consulting Engineers and Project Managers. They place sales engineers at several clients. She has a passion to find suitable applicants for a role and with her team feels that they managed to build good relationships in this field,
