Stella Wei serves as Product Marketing Manager, Refrigeration, in the APAC and IMEA regions for Copeland. She holds a Bachelor’s degree and a Master’s degree in Refrigeration and Cryogenics Engineering from Xi’an JiaoTong University and Shanghai JiaoTong University, respectively. Stella joined Copeland in 2015 and has since contributed to a wide range of products, including semi-hermetic compressors, scroll compressors, and condensing units. With 17 years of experience in the refrigeration industry, she has proven her dedication and contributions to creating a sustainable future.
In her current role, Stella oversees the entire product lifecycle, from conception to launch and beyond. Her responsibilities include identifying market needs, aligning them with Copeland’s business objectives, and defining the product vision and strategy.
On World Refrigeration Day 2025, Stella embraces the theme "Cool Skills" by focusing on supporting customers and industry stakeholders in achieving sustainability goals, benefiting both current and future generations.
